Gun Show Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Registration and Badge Pick-Up: Begins at 5:00pm on Friday before the show.

Exhibitor Set-Up: Friday, 7-10 p.m. and Saturday, from 7-10 a.m.

Show Hours: Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Exhibitors who need to pack up and leave before the show closes on Sunday must first notify the Gun Show or Table Reservations Chairman at time of registration.

Breakfast: from 8:00-9:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. All Members pay $8. (Breakfast not provided at all shows!)

Members' Meeting: Sunday, starting at 8:30 a.m. in the breakfast area. All members please attend. (No meeting during the Summer Gun Show

Exhibitor Entrances open at 7 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

GUN SHOW RULES
  1. No loaded guns are allowed in the show area.
  2. Exhibitors must wear their badges during set up and breakdown hours. No one will be admitted without a badge. If you want to use the designated Exhibitor Entrances during show hours, you must wear your badge. If you have people coming to the Exhibitor Entrance to meet you during show hours, you must leave a badge for them at the Exhibitor Registration Table. We will not use the P.A. system to page you. Lost or "left behind" badge replacements: $4.00.
  3. You are responsible for safeguarding your own firearms and other articles.
  4. The use of tie-wraps on all firearms that are for sale is mandatory.
  5. You may not display ammunition on your table that will chamber in any firearm on your table.
  6. Items that are acceptable at our show: Firearms, related parts, safety, training, technical materials, accessories and ammunition; knives; related and appropriate collectible items and items of historical and current interest; hunting and outdoor gear and related safety, training, and technical materials; taxidermy. Also accepted are non-gun items such as collectibles, art work, jewelry, other items with outdoor, Alaskan, or wildlife theme. All non-gun items are subject to review and approval of the President, Gun Show Chairman, or Master-at-Arms.
  7. Items that are expressly prohibited are:
    1. Sexually explicit
    2. Ethnically offensive
    3. Household items or household cleaning products or demonstrations
    4. Personal hygiene/care/cosmetics
    5. Moving projectile demonstrations
    6. Open flame of any kind.
  8. Candidates for any elective office in or outside Alaska or any other political interests who wish to display and/or hand-out flyers, posters, buttons, etc., must receive approval from a majority of the Board of Directors present at the show, and such material may be displayed or handed out only at the official NRA table at the show.
Tables covers are mandatory ; blanket or cloth is preferable. AGCA table covers can be purchased at the show.
